• Implementing Accounting controls and procedures.• Prepare notes to the financial statements and variance analysis as necessary.• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes.• Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports.• Coordinates the annual independant audit including development of the single audit report, audit confirmations and company prepared schedules.• Financial modelling and analysis.• Cash management and treasury.• Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.• Development and implementation of improved month end closing procedures resulting in a more time effective month end close.• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.• Monitoring all payables and payroll.
