Prepare the detailed shop drawings of complete stretch ceiling works within the defined schedule to provide the Project Team and other parties a reference for the accurate execution.

Assist tender committee for making project proposals as per specifications obtained from sales team / clients.

Prepare layouts, process flow, perspective view and other required layouts and drawings for the project and all products to be installed.

Definition of legends for materials and specifications in the shop drawings.

Include relevant information including approval authority name, references, dates and other information required by the Customer / Project.

Prepare shop drawings for Sub-Contractor’s reference in performing their assigned scope of work.

Conduct periodic project site visits, taking notes of the type of products and its quantities fabricated, installed, or erected by the Division.

Review previous shop drawings and compare against actual work to serve as additional reference in the preparation of As-Built Drawings.

Periodically review the drawing / design being prepared, taking into consideration the inclusion of all received inputs and requirements.

Check the Project Design, Bill of Quantity and other relevant documents, from time to time, to validate the drawings being prepared.

Check with the requesting party if there are inconsistencies or inquiries for a clearer picture of what is required.
