To provide vital assistance and support to CS group in all key tasks. This includes routine administrative duties like minute taking, documentation, monitoring and reporting. Also non-routine responsibilities that will be inextricably tied to the success of the CS projects and main functions.

The role includes driving forward activities and tasks from planning to implementation for some group activities.

The role will serve as an extension for the Group Head and will be delegated to conduct some tasks that are too expensive to be done using AGM time.



1)Planning support

 Contributes to the development of the departmental strategy and prepare implementation plans

 Prepares and recommends the departmental budget and monitors the financial performance of the department against budgets



2)Policy review and summary with recommendations

 Contributes to the revision of all new products and regulatory policies and provide summary with recommendations

3)Projects and Tasks monitoring

 Monitor the progress of all projects, tasks, and assignments related to Customer Service Group

4)Trackers monitoring Monitor all internal and external trackers and provide status report to AGM

5)Reports and presentations

 Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Al Rajhi Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards

6)Correspondence and liaison with other departments

 Maintain correspondence with other departments and organize meetings and summary of outcomes

7)Departmental routine administrative support

 Responsible for documentation, archiving, procurement, maintenance and other related task

8)Related Assignments

 Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
