Position : Cashier/Hostess (Arabic Speaking)

Role :• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.• To have a full working knowledge and capacity to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place.• To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub departments of the food and beverage.• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the restaurant.• To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all the food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage and combinations and up sell alternatives.• Making table reservations and maintaining clean environment all the time hygienically thus effectively control and maximize the flow of guests.• To establish a rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships• To assist operation and services.
