The Role



You will be accountable for ensuring the brand is appropriately represented in all markets and championed effectively. Through managing large multinational suppliers and the development of joint business plans, negotiating margins and category profitability, you will ensure delivery on merchandise planning, driving sales strategies and achieving standards agreed by the host brand. In addition, you will participate in business improvement projects to ensure brand requirements are represented in all business-wide initiatives and systems.



Experience / Qualifications:

- Currently operating at Category Manager / Senior Buyer level- Highly developed negotiation skills- Previous experience within beauty, personal care or healthcare industry- Experience of managing a team- Good communication, management and organisational skills- Merchandising and space allocation experience. Spaceman or similar software knowledge is desirable.
