Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Management office.
- Receive, direct telephone messages and fax messages.- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.- Provide word-processing and admin support to management.- Perform other related duties as an when required- Manage diary- Travel arrangements- Prepare documents and files- Manage office supplies- Coordinate meetings
