Job Purpose



To design, develop and deliver Business English communication skills training programs for all identified employees, which will include assessments to evaluate trainee’s language skills in the context of RAKBANK’s sales, service and operational standards.



Accountabilities:



•Analyse training needs for employees in assigned unit/s and design timely targeted learning interventions to address the gaps in knowledge and performance.

•Develop the learning module based on training needs identified / communicated.

•Create, update and maintain supporting learning material like training manuals, workbooks, exercises and activities as part of program administration.

•Deliver and administer the learning interventions using multiple methods of training delivery to address training needs identified.

•Conduct classroom and on-the-job learning interventions to present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as presentations, role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures etc.

•Create and administer on-going knowledge assessments and skills evaluations to gauge the effectiveness of learning intervention.

•Conduct on-boarding programs for new employees in the assigned unit/s which will include orientation on professional language skills, accent neutralisation, and creating awareness to the RAKBANK’s service standards.

•Follow-up, analyze, assess and generate reports to show the transfer of learning as result of learning interventions conducted.

•Support SQ in improving and maintaining RAKBANK’s service quality standards for the assigned department.

•The role also includes constantly keeping self and the assigned unit/s updated on any language based changes in the process / policies / procedures and systems related to the unit/s.

•Update and maintain reports of training session conducted and feedback received.
