• To be able to perform as a team player

• To understand all topics covered in the MOS Technical Manual and related FAQ’s (CSI owned books)

• To train his regional Test Center Administrators

• To manage the operations of his test centers’ channel

• To report to the Operations Manager with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (on approved CSI forms)

• To be in direct contact and to work in conjunction with CSI IT Director and his team

• To perform test center auditing tasks

• To manage secret shopping tasks

• To handle QA tasks

• To be able to travel to perform his tasks within his designated geographic area (Riyadh HQ covers the central and northern zones, Jeddah office covers the western and southern zones, and Dammam office covers the eastern zone)

• To be able to temporarily travel to other areas to replace colleagues in vacations and/or for any other temporary reasons
