• To be able to perform as a team player

• To be able to understand English language books and manuals

• To be mastering Arabic language (as a mother tongue)

• To be responsible for the right setup of all workstations in training rooms (S/W and H/W)

• To report to the Operations Manager with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (on approved CSI forms)

• To be able to focus training toward Project-Based Testing

• To perform daily/weekly quizzes to his trainees and to report that on a regular basis to the Operations Manager

• To monitor the performance of his trainees in practice tests

• To monitor the maximum limit of usage of practice tests for his trainees

• To gather feedback, concerns and questions from TVTC colleges in his locations and to report back to the Operations Manager

• To be able to travel to perform his tasks within his designated geographic area (Riyadh HQ covers the central and northern zones, Jeddah office covers the western and southern zones, and Dammam office covers the eastern zone)

• To be able to temporarily travel to other areas to replace colleagues in vacations and/or for any other temporary reasons
