•Support the E&M Systems Team to monitor and ensure the projects (Metro, Long Distance and LRT) are delivered in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements in terms of technical and quality.

•Responsible for the management of the technical information within the E&M Systems Team

•Responsible for the interface between E&M Systems and internal stakeholders within Program Delivery Division, such as Civil Works, Alignment, Systems Assurance, Program Department, LRT and LD Departments.

•Liaise with the E&M Systems Experts to verify and ensure the design related to Systems are in accordance with the approved specifications, functional requirements and time schedules

•Coordinate the review of deliverables submitted by the Contractors and PMCs, and the review of internal and external documents, such as Request for Information (RFI), Request for Change (RfC), etc.

•Interface with internal and external stakeholders regarding:

•Identification, definition and documentation

•Design submission, RFI, RfC

•Conflict avoidance

•Status monitoring and reporting

•Prepare technical reports for Director E&M Systems

•Coordinate with external organisations, such as Kahramaa, ICT, MOI, etc.
