Key Education Requirements
1. Technical Degree: BS/BE, MS/ME, PhD
2. PMP desired for PMO
Key Technical Understanding :
1. Experience in Cellular Technologies and different vendors such as ALU, NSN, Huawei
2. Knowledge of LTE /UMTS network architecture as well as ecosystem elements
3. Knowledge & Understanding of Small Cell Technology
4. Experience in Interoperability Testing (IOT) with multiple vendors for Mobile network elements
5. Experience IN System Acceptance Testing: Ensure functionality of all test cases, and troubleshoot and isolate any faults encounter
6. Knowledge in different vendor RF Parameters.
7. Data Base expertise, SQL, MONGO
8. Hands on experience in OSS and SNMP protocol integration
9. Performs analysis of UMTS, LTE networks designs, customer deployments and
RF Optimization and diagnosis of SON Products
