Data collection and coordination with various departments and employees, data entry into HRMS covering with utmost accuracy.
o Core HR data - Employee personal data sheet
o Organization Learning Management- Assist in running induction, training coordinator and maintenance of training records
o iRecruitment - new recruit .
o Performance Management - Maintain record of probationary evaluations and issuance of confirmation letters.
Assist in collating and updating Job Descriptions
Support in HC Communications, Social Events and Employee Engagement activities
Any additional project support assigned
HR Generalist Activities
Screening CV’s, job postings, and managing recruitment data base.
Coordinate and set-up interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates.
Coordinate and assist new recruits by ensuring that the joining formalities & documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure the visa documents are handed over to PRO and follow up for on time delivery of visas.
Ensure all employee requests are executed on time.
Support in personnel files and database management.
Handle any other HC related tasks & duties & general administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
