- Materials Takeoff, itemizing and listing to all tender drawings architectural, civil, structural
- Cross-checking and verifying the variances and changes in comparison with original contract requirements and conditions.
- Make calculations and measurements coordination with other different disciplines for the surveyed quantities to ensure its compatibility and competence.
- Preparation of items calculation, classification & description to all quantified material as designed, described and outlined in the tender documents.
- Provide the engineering and bidding documents preparation team with the itemized B.O.Q for pricing and costing
- Coordination for all his work output with other related tender documents disciplines ensuring systematic handling and processing for on time submittal.
- Prepare, arrange and follow-up any correspondences pertaining to his task till fulfillment to the tender submittal time.
- Ensuring that the required coordination procedures are fully conducted until the tender completion and submittal.
- To conduct quantity survey of additional or change order for undergoing projects.
