DESPATCH:



- Chamber of Commerce, preparing online and arrange to collect the documents from chamber office.

- Preparation of export documents for GCC

- Co-ordination with transporters and drivers for loading and delivery

- Co-ordination/ communication with buyers

- Preparation of Proforma Invoice

- Preparation of Invoices and keeping proper records of the same.

- Co-ordination with clearing agents at Sila, Batha and truck drivers / transport agents

- Keeping track of all dispatches

- Checking of Transport Invoice, clearing agent’s charges, advance payment etc. to avoid

any overbilling or extra payments/ any deduction to be made.



DUTY EXEMPTION:



- Obtain Industrial License from Ministry of Economy

- Obtain Duty Exemption for Raw Material / Machineries imported

- Renewal of Industrial License on time.

- Any other jobs related with Ministry of Economy for Duty Exemption on Import/Export.



IMPORT:



- Communication/ sending enquiries to suppliers.

- Co-ordination with clearing and forwarding agents for DO and clearing documentation.

- Co-ordination with port authority for Bill of Entry clearance, HS Code approval etc.

- Co-ordination with materials collection point within DP World for Gate passes, Claim of any

short materials etc.

- Co-ordination with transporter & J. Ali port for lifting of material within the free time and avoid any extra charges.

- Sharjah Air Port Customs for clearing spare parts, obtain duty exemption approval etc.



PURCHASE:



- Placing orders as and when required/instructed for raw materials/spares/plant & equipment /any other items

- Communicating with suppliers, obtain quotations to compare prices/delivery etc.

- Order any type of Spare Parts / dies required for the machineries from abroad.

- Follow-up for timely delivery and clearing it from customs if needed.



Free Zones/ Labor Ministries:

- Visa & Residency Department

- Engineering Department

- Health, Safety & Environment Department

- Accounts Department

- Legal Department

- Customs & Security (as and when required)

Dealing with above departments for Visa related ( New Visa, Renewal, Cancellation, passport withdrawal, deposit, collection of IDs etc), Co. License renewal and related works, HSE clearance, any refund issue etc.

SALES:



- Payment follow-up / collection.

- Sending offers for buyers as per instructions for steel bars / scrap / Lime

- Preparation of Sales Contract



COMMUNICATION:



- Typing Letters as and when instructed by MD

- Communications with buyers/suppliers as and when required / instructed

- Keeping all records available when needed.

- Filing

- Preparation of different countries visa applications /documentations to obtain visa.

- Hotel reservation / ticketing

- Arrange OTB from different airlines.

- Any other works for the smooth running of the office and factory as and when required.
