Ensure assigned projects abide by TBC’s standards, policies and guidelines
Oversee design, construction and equipping projects execution
Ensure projects completion as per the budget and schedule
Provide guidance to the management of PMCs and contractors
Coordinate activities of PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify status
Prepare reports on the progress of assigned projects
Receive construction/PMC change orders
Send change orders to Project Delivery Head at Regional Office
Identify budget and schedule deviations, issues and risks, assess impact and escalate to the Project Delivery Head
Perform any other duties as determined by the Project Delivery Head
