He/she will be the single point of responsibility for the development of real estate projects namely the Warehousing Projects. The project management of the development covers all aspects of the project as an owner, be the focal point of communication in all aspects. He/She will coordinate the in house engineering project management objectives and timeline, mapping optimal operators’ requirements in the design and implementation and work with investments and operators to determine feasibility. He/She will achieve the long term lease structure and requirements of the projects and ensure timely delivery from all involved parties and act as an early warning mechanism for any delays.



Key Roles & Responsibilities

Mange projects related to real estate development

Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting clients needs, business objectives and design guidelines

Maintain a strategic focus for the project with frequent interaction with the business area and the client to ensure a balance between the immediate project needs and the long term goals of the company.

Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated occurrences.

Negotiate differences with client and internal personnel to meet project goals.

Prepare periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations.

Prepare, lead and obtain subsequent approvals for all iterations of business plan for Al Thummama project and other warehousing projects

Prepare Business case for phase 2 development of Al Thummama project

Prepare marketing plan for contractual leasing of proposed warehousing space including identifying clients and pricing structures

Adequate reporting on timeline and deliverables highlighting any potential delays explaining reasons and mitigations

Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements
