The Project engineer will be responsible for execution of brown field safety projects within the various production gathering and processing stations.
The Project Engineer responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage multiple safety and environmental projects like fire water network with pumping station, as brown field projects in various production stations
• Develop Project charters with economic justifications for review from customer departments and approval from management
• Manage project areas within approved budgets against agreed schedules and delivers in accordance with technical specifications.
• Develop/improve the execution plans and methodologies
• Develop/improve material procurement in consultation with Supply chain Department.
• Compiles and obtains inter-departmental agreement to project basis of design and scope in conjunction with any external project customers.
• Develops sections of the Project Execution Plan, incorporating a project Process Risk Management (PRM) plan.
• Provides timely reporting to the Supervisor to enable adequate resources to be allocated to areas.
• Responsible for Management of Change (MOC), commercial and technical reporting and Process Risk Management requirements are addressed as integral elements of the project scope.
• Responsible for monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD) and Outlook for the assigned projects
• Regular visits to the field to review the project status, discuss the project scope and status with other customers
• Close out of the project after completion and handover
