The role will be a middle office function that will be officially recognized as a junior member of business development team. The main purpose of the role will be to support the department heads. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of financial markets as well as different asset classes and products. They will assist departments’ development managers in building long term relationships with their clients.





Proactively provide support and assistance to RMs and Department head.

Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients by helping the team providing the best service and keeping them informed of all new products and market trends regionally and internationally based on their individual needs.





Prepare all documentation relating to account opening, credit proposals, KYC and liaise with Client Service Unit, Risk & Compliance, Operations Unit and Credit Committee to expedite account opening and/or approval of credit applications.



Assist in preparing presentations, drafting correspondents, and other admin functions that are required



Efficiently report on client accounts and status by frequently reviewing holdings, cash position, profitability, AUM’s and other client related MIS.



Participate actively and effectively in product launches and other new company or unit initiatives.



Continuously update knowledge base i.e. General, Products, Markets, Competition and Certification etc.



Collaborate with internal and external specialist and service support teams to ensure the provision of superior service to clients.



Strictly follow compliance policy and ensure all company and business unit policies, procedures and processes are followed.
