• Independently organize and control the works of Facilities Maintenance to include: General Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Modification Works, New Projects etc.

• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance in a coordinated effort to optimize facility performance.

• Plan and conduct the corrective maintenance and emergency repairs under limited timeline.

• Evaluate problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.

• Supervise the maintenance staff, organize schedules and assign daily work activities.

• Support to coordinate contract maintenance services.

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and maintain records.

• Managing third party suppliers and continually monitoring equipment, services and contractors while maintaining confidentiality of market, commercial, personal and financial information.

• Provide technical information, guidance and support to operations and maintenance as a part of team effort.
