• Event Sales and Execution
o In the absence of the Event Manager, promptly responds to all event inquiries (in-store, phone and email) and follow-up with prospective clients.
o With the Event Manager, ensure full store participation in correct and effective selling of event space(s) according to Make Meaning policies and procedures.
o Work with EM to highlight future sales opportunities and develop client relationships to support future business.
o Help deliver and supersede monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
o Enter sales and event information into Daylight and generate weekly and ad hoc reports as needed to support monitoring and reporting of event sales.
o Work with EC and Operations Manager to identify sales and execution training needs and deliver training as needed.
