Handling of Stores and Accounts



Stores







- Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials



- Daily Recording and issue of material for production as per production plan given.



- Daily recording of production and calculation of WIP



- Generate daily stock, production and dispatch report for management.



- Arranging for dispatches as per planning given.



- Prepare monthly stock report with monthly summary of purchases, production, issues and dispatches and balance stock in hand.



- To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock



- Recording receipt and issue of spares stock and keep spares stock register.







Accounts







- Entering Purchase orders



- Recording Goods Receipts Notes in the system against purchase order and reconcile with purchase orders.



- Pass production entries in the system



- Entering Sales Orders in the ERP system.



- Preparing Delivery Notes and Sales Invoices and entering in the ERP system.



- Prepare monthly purchase, production and sales reports



- Handling petty cash
