Education Consortium is seeking to employ a suitably qualified person as an I.T. Technician. The IT Technician is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- monitors the computer systems and networks
- diagnoses hardware/software faults
- proactively maintains and troubleshoots printers, security systems, and any other technical equipment as required
- regularly seeks out and analyses new IT products and solutions which could be of benefit to the company
- resolves technical issues

Must communicate and coordinate with vendors and be confident in questioning and challenging them.
Successful candidate is preferred to have driver's license and own vehicle to commute between various company locations on a regular basis.
Must be a proven problem solver that works highly effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
