Basic Responsibilities:
The Government Relation Officer provides administrative support to the HR department in all criteria of government sectors across the full range of HR work. Each employee of the HR department will be responsible for delivery of services to employees.
-Maintain the performance of the daily routine tasks of government has performed as required from the management at the right time and prepare the reports. -Create and develop excellent working relationships with government offices such as the Labor office, Passports and traffic, Municipal committee (Baladiya), Civil Defense, MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Ministry of Interior, Post office, Tourism commission and others that the company needs for its services from time to time. - Remember passports contractors are safe and insured formally exit and follow-up passports and entry under the official documents signed by the appropriate official as well as the movement of entry and exit.
- Provide new information for the management from time to time about the changes that take place or arise in systems Labor Office, passports and traffic management, etc.
- This has to do the work until the administration is in the picture.
- Follow up the issuance and renewal of trade licenses and records of the company and its facilities and its subsidiaries with the commentators.
- Follow-up plan for transfer of sponsorship for the company and implemented with the commentators.
- Follow-up e-government applications and work online on government websites such as passports and the Office of Labor and Social Security for the execution of transactions.
- Follow-up to the issuance and renewal of driving licenses and car Transport Company with commentators.
- Follow-up programs of resettlement and Human Resources Development Fund.
- Follow-up recruitment transactions and the issuance of visas for the company with the commentators.
- Apply Saudization program and the resettlement program and follow-up bands and get special benefits and take advantage of them.
- Matching actual employment with employment recorded in the government departments.
- Follow-up labor issues with the Office of Labor or sections condition.
- End the relationship staff ended their services legally.
- Continue to run and vehicular traffic.
- Follow-up insurance transactions of all kinds.- Saudi Customs with regard to business operations and clearing of cargo at all ports.
- Chamber of Commerce.
- Ensure that all employees have their Iqamas (Residence Identity Cards).
- Ensure that all hotel related licenses, certificates are being up to date.
- Ensure all license, certificates are renewed on time without any penalty or difficulty from the government.
- Ensure that accounts are opened in bank for employee's salary.
- Ensure that all passports are arranged sequence wise in safe.
- Ensure that all F&B employees have their health certificates from Baladiya (Municipal department).
- Keep Muqeem system up to date from all kinds of penalties, exit employees records.
- Ensure that all data of employee government related updated in excel sheet and arise to the HR management time to time.
- Make sure that all employee's professions matching their current positions.
- Keep copy of all employees' documents in their files as well as in HR main box files.
Ensure that all legal hotel/company related documents be safe and arranged in file in sequence.
