Job Purpose:

To coordinate and supervise media communications campaigns & activities.



Duties & Responsibilities:

 Ensures key messages are accurate, clear, consistent and aligned with approved communications plan.

 Coordinates & supervises outdoor branding and advertising campaigns

 Coordinates & supervises the update and upload of Qatar Rail’s corporate website

 Coordinates & supervises the update and upload of Qatar Rail’s corporate intranet content related to corporate communication

 Coordinates, supervises and maintain Qatar Rail’s Internal online newsletter

 Coordinates, supervises and maintains Qatar Rail’s social media initiatives

 Delivers internal and external documentation by own digital camera and possibly video camera for urgent events

 Provides necessary support to Communications team when necessary

 Coordinates internally with other departments and colleagues, and with agency, suppliers and audience externally
