• Support the business and the implementation of operational plan

• Promote proactively the upgrade portfolio, analyze the Installed base and identify the opportunities.

• Collect inquires and qualify the needs, provide first level application/technical support.

• Coach and supervise the markets in creating quotations/proposals

• Liaise with BU/Project Team to create quotation/proposals for advanced and locally engineered solutions.

• Support markets with value based selling material (presentations, pay-back calculations etc.)

• Provide project support during implementation phase. I.e. engineering, documentation, supply management, coordination with BU and other entities.

• Participate in roll out activities and promotion of customized service solutions together with BU

• Provide input to development of new services & solutions
