** Candidate MUST be willing to work abroad for a project, work location will be determined later **



- Lead a small team of more of junior architects in developing technical solutions and construction details following established standards.



- Produce coordination and shop drawings for field implementation.



- Produce and review material submittal and obtain approvals from designer & client.



- Supervise/manage the Quantity Serving process & produce Requisitions and Purchase Orders.



- Performs technical review of procurement requisitions to guarantee it meets the design and specifications.



- Coordinate all the architectural procurement efforts and reviewing of material or system proposal by Vendors and subcontractors to ensure conformance with the design and client requirement.



- Ensuring that all disciplines comply with client technical and code requirements.



- Coordinate/manage design to ensure the design is economical and meets the requirements of the contract.



- Develop the architectural details for field implementation as per Vendors & suppliers approved products.



- Ensure that all procurement activities and information

are coordinated across the board between the Designer, Vendor and contractor.



- Understands and translates design intent into technical documents and shop drawings.



- Conducts product and code research and incorporation of codes into technical documents.



- Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
