Our client a hygiene and energy technologies and services company is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager - Food and Beverage Division Pakistan
Main Responsibilities
• Build up and organize local sales team
• Hiring and firing local team
• Strategic view on business growth (focus on core business - on biggest opportunities)
• Distribute sales plan to associates
• Transfer regional sales policy to end users (price negotiation skills)
• Actively stay up to date with market knowledge (potential, competitors)
• Extend the customer base - attending exhibitions, looking at competitor customers
• Build and maintain an effective relationship with the customers
• Following reporting system as requested by regional office in Dubai
• Arrange technical attendance to customer sites when required to ensure smooth operation of products and equipment
