Reporting to the Senior Resident Engineer and is the person primarily responsible for the provision of the Construction Supervision Services of the Structures/Tunnels. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:



• Ensure all requirements relating to HSE and Security are met.

• Technical Support to the team and coordination.

• Assist the Design Co-coordinator for any matters related to his field of activity in liaison with the Designer.

• Coordinate with other Resident Engineers (Roads and Utilities) and Senior Material Engineer

• Convene technical meetings as and when required to resolve technical issues

• Oversee Assistant Resident Engineers and the Field staffs.

• Make regular site visits with contractor and contractor representatives and client whenever needed.

• Prepare Surveillance Deficiency Report and Non Conformance Report..

• Prepare and assist in preparation of Site Instruction..

• Assist in Preparation of progress reports.

• Assist in Evaluation of Contractor claims.

• Preparation of Taking over Certificates.

• Responsible for ensuring that the Structure works are constructed in accordance with the contract specification and drawings.

• Review contractor’s submissions and shop drawings.
