Regulatory oversight, expertise and support to enable business growth, compliance, customer value and competitive position in Turkey for all Divisions.



Main Responsibilities



• Monitor and report on Regulatory changes that impact on Turkey Business operations/opportunities

• Support Israel where needed.

• Advise/develop procedures for time and cost efficient local regulatory compliance

• Work with Business to register products according to local needs.

• Build relationships with relevant government agencies, notified bodies, local associations and the businesses to support above areas.

• Support wider RA organisation in specific projects / development opportunities

• Develop RA expertise to become SME in 1-5 areas

• Maintain and share knowledge

• Regulatory surveillance for Turkey and Israel with communications to RA and Business contacts

• Assess and promote compliance with existing and new laws and regulations

• Work with Business to register products according to local needs.

• Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities

• Build relationships with relevant government agencies, notified bodies, local associations and the businesses to support above areas.

• Support wider RA organisation in specific projects / development opportunities

• Where necessary, respond to internal/external customer enquiries and tenders aligned with business priorities.

• Works with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and COE’s in EMEA Regulatory Affairs team where necessary.

• Provide awareness and training to functional groups in the markets, as appropriate.

• Independently prepares documentation and procedures related to responsibilities

• Continuously looks for process & resource effectiveness and improvement opportunities

• Provides support in Due Diligence activities where needed

• Recognize issues and analyze their causes in order to reach a solution

• Create network of local business and support contacts
