• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and to increase applicant pool/proactive staffing. Attends job fairs, networking events and related business functions to build candidate pool.
• Understands the talent acquisition strategy, diagnoses the organizations' needs and provides resources and tools to the business relative to identifying top tier talent for the company.
• Perform exempt candidate sourcing and research activities through the development and execution of full life cycle research and sourcing strategies and plans; ensuring the candidate, client, team, and recruiter experiences are met with exceptional service delivery
• Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation and convert hard to find passive talent through and understanding of the business and employee value proposition
• Build strong internal and external networks to drive engaged talent pipelines
• Utilize and develop innovative, strategic and "world class" sourcing/sales techniques to continually identify and attract top-talent
• Provide subject matter expertise for advising and influencing around talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics to enable recruiters and clients to be best informed
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and execute pro-active sourcing strategies to ensure high levels of credibility and business performance
• Collaborate with internal business partners to establish a "recruitment culture amongst the team member population
