- Manage and maintain all essential servers/services: domain controller, Active directory, file, print, anti-virus, and MIS applications.
- Administer and maintain wired and wireless network system, Internet firewalls, Cisco switches and routers.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media/recovery tapes.
- Provide network and desktop support
- Perform on-site and remote technical support.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems with appropriate support from internal team/external contractors.- Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
- Performing routine audits of systems and software.
- Apply patches/upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
- Perform regular security monitoring, and review system and application logs to identify any possible intrusions.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
