Job Description:

Responsible for developing of ICT specific policies, standards & guidelines and related initiatives



• Provide support for the development of regulations

• Assist in monitoring the ICT regulatory and standards environment in Qatar and ensuring that gaps are closed

• Assisting in defining appropriate standards and specifications for ICT products and services in Qatar

• Conduct research and benchmark international experience in policy and standards for achieving Industry growth objectives

• Conduct research to understand the current maturity of ICT product and service standards and specifications in Qatar

• Support the evaluation of policy options and the development of recommendations

• Develop policy guidelines for implementing policy and standards recommendations
