This important role encompasses the complete delivery responsibility of a major multi-use project.



The MEP Manager reports directly to the Project Director and is supported by Senior Project Manager Commercial and Design.



The MEP Manager will proactively manage the day to day construction on and off the site with an outsourced Project Management Company reporting directly to this position.



The role is a client side position and involves the effective management and meeting the milestones for:

• Programme

• Quality

• Construction budget

• Health and Safety



The duties include:

1. Leading the MEP delivery through the contractor

2. Ensuring all the key monitoring procedures are in place and are used properly.

3. Proactively with passion pushing the Consultants, contractors, suppliers to meet the project targets on time, budget, quality with health and safety.

4. Reporting to the Project Director on planning, progress and issues.

5. Proactively resolving problems.

6. Coordination with Client operations & Tenant team.

7. Incorporating the Services flexibility required for Tenant changes.

8. Close coordination with Utility providers.

9. Leading the compilation of the commissioning program and implementation with suppliers and contractors.

10. Focus on quality detail designs from the suppliers and contractors

11. Ensuring quality installations to Western standards.

12. Focus on “life cycle “ designs and delivery.

13. Optimization of the Maintenance regime and services running costs.
