• Creation of local Raw & packing Materials plan.
• Monitoring plant consumption of Raw & packing Materials against plan.
• Procurement of Raw & packing Materials locally including consumables.
•Discourage informal bidding and endeavor to obtain as full and open competition as possible on all purchases.
•Follow up receiving of the material to ensure conformance (specifications and delivery dates) and determine best among potential suppliers for future contracts.
•Support and assist production team in determine unused supplies and scrap and sale of all chemical scraps and other scraps.
•Coordinate with other departments and the buyer to ensure completing of selling cycle.
•Constant awareness of current updates in the field of purchasing, prices, market conditions and new products.
•Full understanding & implementation of GAFI process.
