Job Summary :



- Manage the identification and monitoring of projects KPIs

- Oversee the tracking of projects progress

- Assess gaps in performance and recommend actions

- Provide management with regular reports on projects progress



Key Responsibilities/Duties :



1- Manage the identification of TBC projects KPIs and ensure coordination with project teams to track actual results vs. targets (budget/ quality/ schedule/ risks)

2- Manage risk register by identifying risks that may affect project performance and approve mitigation actions (in accordance with project team and corporate team)

3- Review and approve progress reports and submit to management and other relevant stakeholders

4- Develop policies and procedures related to progress reporting

5- Oversee the development of monitoring templates in conjunction with the project teams, to track KPIs against targets

6- Ensure the consolidation of information from the different project teams to track progress against targets

7- Oversee the analysis of projects performance against targets

8- Ensure any variances with the set KPIs are highlighted and recommend actions to ensure achievement of targets and adherence to the plan

9- Receive and review the weekly (WER) and monthly (MER) progress report for all TBC projects to provide higher management with the latest progress and issues

10- Support project teams in identifying opportunities for improvement, risks and areas where additional effort is required

11- Perform any other duties as determined by the Planning and Control Head



Key Performance Indicators :



 Risks / deviations identified and addressed early-on in process

 Achievement of targets

 Timeliness in generating status reports

 Reports efficiency (measured by number of reports per projects) and accuracy

 Training attendance
