The ITC will work closely with the Power IDM as well as with the Power Corporate account managers and the sales region to support new sales, help maintaining existing customers and drive innovation.





Main Responsibilities



• Working with customers to provide support at all levels regarding Nalco’s solutions and applications to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Development of customer “best practices” guidelines and benchmark

• Development of relationships with customers to understand, identify and propose improvement plans bringing total cost of operation savings.

• Drive innovation at our customers, identify and contribute to development of novel and innovative customer solutions to improve efficiencies
