Key Role:
Consolidate sales and forecast reports on monthly basis and at 18 MRF level.
Attend monthly demand meeting, work closely with SC planner and with international markets customer service department.
Consolidate all reports from all distributors and mainly stocks and IMS (secondary sales).
Support international markets marketing activities such as follow up and circulate PEs & LCs.
Develop Presentations, take MOMs, prepare for meetings set-up.
Prepare all fact sheets and tracking spending as per the budget by region and follow LOA (level of Authority).
Track IMs employees’ availability sheet and vacation balance.
Punch invoices into the system and follow on confirmed orders in the system.
Follow up on orders to be sent before cut-off date, same to all reports requested by IMs director.
Support BDMs in the relation with supported functions in KSA
