Job Overview:
● To conduct all spa massage therapies which involve the practise of:
1. Massage of the soft tissues of the human body, including muscles, tendons and ligaments.
2. Massage techniques to enhance relaxation and total beauty and well being.
3. Techniques, such as muscle stretching, to assist with recovery and to enhance muscle performance.
● To conduct appropriate check-in and checkout therapy room procedures ie linen change, product replenishment and general cleaning.
● To achieve average spend and re-book objectives.
● To maintain client wellness checks and identifies appropriate services and home care regimes.
