- Manage the digital Marketing tools and channels for the brand and the hotel
- Reports directly to the Director of Brand & Communications and works closely with the Director of Business Development
- Ensure all brand websites are fully functional and up to date with the latest technologies and tracking systems
- Manage the brand / hotel website content ma management system and update on regular basis, with news, promotions, packages, stories, etc.
- Manage the intranet website content management system and update it on regular basis, including access, in coordination with all hotel departments
- Measure the effectiveness of the websites and report Google Analytics results on monthly basis.
- Ensure that all hotel features, advertising, promotions and packages are well displayed on brand websites and third party websites and report any issues for correction.
- Manage the brand / hotel online reputation and positioning on all review websites and blogs, such as Trip Advisor and ensure a positive positioning of the hotel online, while involving Hotel GM of any critical issues.
- Manage all social media channels and respond to all posts and queries in a timely manner and ensure an updated status and positive image across all.
- Study competitors positioning on the social media and make recommendations on how to better compete with them.
- Manage all online advertising opportunities and ensure cost effectiveness, measurability and highest return on investment.
- Manage all online PR opportunities, together with the PR agency and ensure positive impact on the web.
- Optimize the brand / hotel & corporate ranking on search engines, come up with a plan and work it out with an online agency.
- Manage all text messaging and email messaging activities and ensure that the email /mobile database is updated at all times, as well as measure the return on the activity and impact.
- Manage the online guest questionnaires process and ensure results are communicated to the CEO & General Manager and that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Work with the Director of brand & Comms to develop a CRM program for the hotel.
- Develop an online database for the hotel and ensure maximum utilization of this database.
- Work closely with the Corporate and Hotel team members to ensure achieving key business objectives for all where relevant.
