My client is a Dubai based business. They are currently looking for a commercially astute and business facing leader to join as their CIO / Head of IT.

My client has strong business values and have grown steadily since their conception in the 1960's.



As part of your role you will:

- Provide leadership and professional advice on IT matters and ensure relationships are built and maintained with stakeholders inline with the IT strategy.

- Build strong and lasting relationships with 3rd party business - Including government organizations.

- Provide guidance to Unit Heads and work closely with them to refine the company vision.

- Implement IT Governance and review current policies.

- Supervise IT Project portfolio including software solutions, Infrastructure etc.

- Implement and manage IT Service management concepts.

- Review and improve IT Security in line with International standards.

- Evaluate training needs.







This role is open to UAE Nationals only.

You will have the following Skills/Knowledge and experience:

- 20 Years experience in IT, 10 of which in a senior role.

- Degree in an IT related discipline.

- Good exposure to software solutions and basics of hardware/networking.

- Exposure to new technologies and IT Service concepts.
