About Your Job:
We are looking for CEO Assistant with hands on experience working in a high level role with companies of a similar size to DAR.
We offer a rare opportunity to work within an organization where individual contribution makes a significant difference.
Preparing all official letters, organize meeting & records, assist PM & Engineers. Keep contract documents safe & confidential.
Travel will be required and he will be accompanying the Prince on business trips in Kingdom and throughout the region as required.
About You:
Bachelor Degree with Minimum 5 Years of experience reporting to same level of managment.
Should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Must be a self starter, work well under pressure and show excellent organisational skills.
Must be able to take direction easily and understand the tasks that lay ahead.
Good diary management skills and be able able to co-ordinate between various parties.
Must be personable, calm, level headed and have the ability to ‘get the task done’
Candidate should be Saudi Nationals and shall be immediately available.
