Assisting the Management in ensuring that the labour camp is run efficiently, any problems are quickly rectified, that standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld (in rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and public areas), that budgets are controlled.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-charge of the labour camp and manages the entire labor camp operation, to include camp administration, planning and implementation and cost control
- Responsible for cleanliness, supervision of housekeeping, safety and maintenance of the labor camp
- Arranges accommodation for new arrivals.
- Assumes responsibility for security of camp facilities and camp personnel
- Keeping records of labours/cleaners staying in the Labor Camp
- Supervises the employees in the camp, do quality check and oversees the daily movement and attendance of employees to / from sites
- Assumes responsibility for daily and weekly labor camp attendance summary, camp status an d other required reports, to be submitted to the Department Head.
-Ensure discipline in the labor camp. Verified and checks compliance on camp on a day to day basis
-To report all employee misbehavior
-To ensure that all employees are well groomed and check of their personal hygiene.
-Arranges medication/transportation if employees are sick or need medical attention. Organize transport for emergency cases.
- Inspects all camp facilities and supervises maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties. Ensures all camp maintenance schedules are up to date.
-Follow up repairing and maintenance of company owned vehicles and equipment
-Assumes responsibility for inventory and ordering of kitchen and laundry supplies and local purchase of soft furniture etc, as per New Image specifications
-Check all security guard time sheets
-Makes arrangements for disposal of garbage
-Must be ready to work at any time other than office hours also
-Performs related work as required and assist direct reports in their duties such as laundry service
- Any other duty assigned by the Project Manager
