2) Target generation of new business from the chosen market segments.
3) Preparing the Region’s annual sales plan and to ensure that all the income streams are achieved through its successful implementation.
4) Planning appropriate activities/ schemes to achieve the targets
Having fair knowledge about the Legal contracts with the customer
5) Recruitment and management, including Training & Development of the sales team.
6) Development and maintenance of a sales lead sources
Development and management of all databases
7)To examine and maximize potential from existing sources of business
8)To create new sources of corporate business.
Collection responsibility of the Short term rental business.
9) To keep the coordination with after sales team and customer to resolve any issues.
