*Maintaining High Standards

The Sr. Managing Consultant (SMC) is focused on executing client engagements leveraging a broad suite of the Teletech tools. This position drives assigned Contact Center infrastructure, operations, process, workflow, and systems engagements from hand off to completion, ensuring that engagements are delivered on time, according to specification, and within budget.

Reliability and outstanding delivery are the cornerstones of expectations. SMC¡¦s are involved in providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth, or improving the business performance of their clients.

If you are tired of seeing the same faces every day when you go to work, then this is the position for you. The consultant maintains a billable rate of 75% while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery approaches. Approximately 80% travel is required. Relocation is not required.

This position offers the opportunity for the Sr. Managing Consultant (SMC) to truly get to know their clients and understand the current state of their business. Our client relies on the expertise of our Consultants to provide solutions to their problems and offer strategies that drive financial results....

* Conducting client interviews

Facilitating workshops and collaborative problem solving sessions

Preparing business proposals / presentations

* Identifying issues and forming hypotheses

* Formulating and implementing recommendations / solutions

* Providing assistance to clients in the implementation of these recommendations

* Managing Projects and deliverables

* Management of client relationship

* Mentoring Implementation Services Consultants and providing technical assistance

* Serving as a Subject Matter expert, providing knowledge and assistance in the areas of Process Improvement, Change Management, and data analysis

* Identify additional opportunities within client organizations
