OBJECTIVES
Under direct supervision of the HR Director, performing, processing payroll and maintaining
confidential payroll records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing payroll audits, employment verification, sick & vacation accruals, and then
transfers the salaries.
Maintain records on HRMS in a confidential manner.
Monthly reconciles account balances (i.e. Actual vs. Budget).
Make sure that there is no delay in the salaries and accurate in all information.
Mainly involved in the issue of Saudization & Headcounts.
Calculate and apply the end of services benefits for the employees.
Prepare all the letters related to payroll and some of HR letters.
Following up with finance department in all the things related to payroll.
Other related duties as assigned.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI’s)
Accurate and minimum or no mistakes in preparing employees payroll/compensation.
