Eaton Corporation - Electrical Sector is seeking Manufacturing Supervisor support Eaton's electrical business in Dammam Facility, This position is responsible for providing support to the various assembly lines and fabrication sections, providing supervisory support and direction together with a focus on providing continual improvement thus eliminating waste in all its forms.



Responsibilties:



- Good understanding of electrical products for hazardous environments

- To drive the operation to deliver product on time, subject to the lowest possible cost and lead time, while ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved in a safe and ethical manner. Responsibility to continually identify waste in the value stream and, with the support of other staff as required, ensure revised process methods are embedded into the activities of all personnel.

- To eensure the correct process methods, defined in works instructions and standard work procedures and strictly adhered to at all times.

- To ensure that changes required to Works instructions and standard works procedures are identified to the Manufacturing Manager.

- Responsibility for implementing and maintaining visual controls within the manufacturing Department.

- To achieve KPI's relevant to the value stream and the Department.

- To create and maintain a flexible workforce through focused training and skill development.

- To recommend to the Manufacturing Manager adjustments to manning levels and overtime requirements in order to meet KPI's..

- To work on the production line as and when required.

- To ensure 6s standards are maintained and improved.

- Effective and efficient communication skills.

- Contain and manage costs for allocated areas
