An exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Manager to join an established privately-owned real estate investment and development business with ambitious plan. The customer service manager role will be especially suited to someone who is very customer focused and has great interpersonal skills



Duties include



• Help to develop or update customer service policies and procedures

• Manage and lead a team of customer services staff

• Handle customer complaints or any major incidents

• Handle more complex enquiries and complaints

• Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants

• Make sure accurate records are kept of communications with customers

• Write reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides;

• Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing;

• Manage CRM system.

• Mange existing database.

• Keep up to date with developments in customer service, for example data protection.

• Report to senior managers on team performance and key targets.

• Develop feedback system or complaints procedures for customers to use;

• Implement and analyze feedback system and report to higher management

• Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service;

• Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals;

• Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;

• Keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.

• You will be required to write reports on customer service activity and propose recommendations on how improvements could be made for the benefit of the company and its customers.
