1. Follow up and review all credit mangement suppervisor activity

2. Enhance credit management process

3. Plan and implement effective process to ensure on time and accurate financial reports (MFR)

4. Ensure adherence to Group & statutory guidelines in financial reports

5. Prepare, analyze & report service functions & business unit's cost

6. Prepare, analyse financial performance of Business and contribute to achieve their KPI's- Sales & Margins

7. Monitor and control Rebates, Discounts, Commissions & Interest on delayed payments

8. Transfer Price management

9. Coordinate with Business and ensure monthly product costing run

10. Ensure inventory valuation / provision in line with Ecam guidelines and IAS standards

11. Prepare and analyse cost centres, cost center budgeting and monitoring of actual spend vs plan

12. Ensure the reconciliation between FI and CO on time

13. Work on minimizing the costing run errors

14. Clear dummy profit center and conduct all related CO closing transactions

15. Support the accounting team in accounts analysis & reports

16. Coordinate with IT and Users for ERP system related issue

17. Create/Approve Change Request for changes in ERP system

18. Perform bank reconciliation twice a month

19. Master data maintenance (customer/vendor/materials)
