About Your Job::
In this role you will be responsible for waste management and the adherence to all legislation and best practices within inflight services, both in Doha and all overseas stations, whilst ensuring that airline maintains its 5 stars award winning service.
You will monitor and make recommendations regarding waste management to ensure that optimum level of products are available on board. You should implement the procedures and complete Food Safety, Alleged Food Poisoning and Foreign Body investigations as required, making recommendations for corrective action and reporting on all issues monthly, production an annual Compliance and Quality Assurance Report. You must manage Qatar Airways Halal Policy. You should manage Qatar Airways Catering Security policy; ensure that the requirements of individual countries are known and that processes and procedures are amended accordingly. You will be responsible for visiting supplies overseas and locally as required. You will regularly evaluate the department or teams' objectives, plans, procedures and practices.
About You::
To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field from a reputable university. You will have a minimum 5 years of job-related experience within financial analysis related field. You must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Ms Access and PowerPoint. You must have strong understanding of Food Safety, Security and Halal Compliance. You should have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Additionally as a key management role you must have the ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.
