1. To provide Help Desk / End User Support / Data Maintenance / Database Administration for Navision, Sofscript (a bespoke application in VB) and other organization software

2. To execute Standard Operating Processes and Policies of the Division

3. To supervise and control SDLC activities and Project Implementation activities

4. To be actively involved in Deployment and Application Administration

5. To be responsible for the SQL Server (Database) Maintenance & performance tuning

6. To execute Risk Mitigation plans and activities

7. Perform Database tuning and application performance enhancements

8. MIS (using Business Objects) including report creation & deployment

9. To be actively involved in the training, orientation and mentoring of junior staff in IT

10. Responsibilities of Group Head (if assigned) in absence of the Asst. Manager - Business Applications
